Fresh Pond is a beautiful reservoir and park located in the West Cambridge / North Cambridge line. It was once used as an ice harvesting resource to the world in the early to mid-1800s. There are many beautiful trails nearby. Public transportation is also nearby at the Alewife Red Line MBTA station, as well as the 72, 74, 75, 78 bus lines.
